Bright Eyes is a rich and smooth dark roast from Honduras. With milk, you will get flavours of a rich creme brulee.

Straight up (no milk), it’s more like a dark chocolate rocky road. We roast Bright Eyes a smidge darker for our capsules to deliver the cut through you’ve come to expect from coffee capsules.

So what’s different about the NEW eco-capsules?

Our NEW capsules are made from a patented plant-based composite. The secret to them being both biodegradable & compostable lies in the type of material used. They are made entirely from sugarcane and sugar beet (sweet, right?). This means that the complete capsule, including the foil, is made from plant materials. After usage, you can throw them in your bin guilt-free.

Our coffee capsules are Nespresso Compatible so you can use any Nespresso coffee machine to make delicious coffee (just not the new bowl shaped design with the barcodes).
