You can buy great coffee from small Australian Roasters in the one place, all under the Emu Coffee Label. We support small, specialty coffee roasters. Often these are family businesses, with many years’ experience, and a great love for their work and their product. We make these beautiful, boutique coffee beans available to you.
We are a small business so as we grow, we will have more great coffee from more great Roasters available for you to enjoy in your own home or in your favourite local cafe.
All the other good bits like coffee brewing equipment, awesome teas and yummy hot chocolate will be coming soon to our online shop.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, After Pay and WeChat Pay
When and how will I receive my delivery?
We use Australia Post and sometimes we will even deliver it ourselves. Australia Post deliveries are sent via Express Post where available. As a guide, you can expect your order within:
Metro Deliveries; 2-4 business days
Regional Deliveries; 3-7 business days
Click & Collect - In most instances, same day service is available for coffee beans, capsules & swag bags. To choose this option, select ‘click & collect’ at the checkout. Some other items may require additional lead times & can be delivered separately if needed. Pro Tip - Include your mobile number with your order so we can SMS when your order is ready for collection, otherwise you will receive an email. Pick up orders are contactless. If you do not wish to proceed with a Click + Collect purchase the order will be forfeited, but we will give you a credit of 50% of the total order value to add towards your next order.
Pro Tip - We recommend including your mobile phone number in your order so we can contact you faster when your order is ready. You will be prompted to provide this at the Checkout.
Local Deliveries - Next day service (excluding Sunday) within 15kms of Schofields or 10km of Bella Vista.
Once we’ve packed your order, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery live. We strive to deliver the freshest possible coffee to you so orders placed after roasting days are subject to availability, we will contact you if we can’t process the order in the same business week. Sometimes we may need to ship it out early the following week.
How much will my delivery cost?
Orders over $40 attract free delivery in Australia.
For orders to New Zealand, please select the N.Z shipping option and a flat rate of $AU15 will apply.
For Orders to the U.K, please select the U.K shipping option. Charges are $AU30 for orders under 2kg and $AU60 for orders over 2kg. Just keeping things practical; We reserve the right to cancel orders with a full refund back to the customer if it’s something we can’t ship to you in a cost efficient or time effective manner. Feel free to email us first if you have any questions.
Ebay - We offer a small range to countries including; Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. You can access these items by looking on our website shop for a link to Ebay.
For particularly large or wholesale orders, message us first for a quote. We don’t currently ship outside Australia, New Zealand and the U.K
We reserve the right to cancel orders where Click + Collect has been selected for orders that require shipping and are under our free shipping threshold.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, we will exchange or refund it as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Just email us at info@emucoffee.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind and encourage you to contact us with any questions you have before making a purchase. If you need to change your order once placed, please contact us immediately at info@emucoffee.com.au and we will make best endeavours to accommodate your request where practical.
Commercial Equipment Purchases
All commercial coffee equipment pricing is inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing excludes freight and/or installation for coffee machines, grinders and auto-tampers, please email us with any questions and for a quote. If you have already processed an order via our website store we will be in contact shortly.
Warranty - 12 months non-consumable parts, excluding labor.
We sell a large range of commercial coffee equipment for cafes, offices and hospitality venues that’s not (yet) on our website. Please email us for more information.
Data Security
All user details captured by Emu Coffee are stored securely at all times and will never be provided to any unauthorised third parties. While being transmitted over the Internet, all credit card details are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Credit card details are handled by a 3rd party Payment Gateway called Stripe, a leading PCI Compliant Provider of secure credit card processing solutions.
